v1.02-ng: plStrtok fixed, Contributions notice, Slight build system changes
Fourth release of ng. Here are the changes:
- Fixed plStrtok bug where it would eat the next token if the token was one character long
- Added Contributions section to README.md
- Slightly changed ./compile commands
- Commands now resemble meson commands
